Oscar Tobia Gran Reserva 2015

The grapes are selected and picked by hand. The must is left with the skins at a cool temperature. Stainless steel vats are used for the fermentation which is carried out at a controlled temperature. New French and American oak barrels are used for the malolactic fermentation. The same oak barrels are then used for the ageing of the wine for 24 months.

Colour: Cherry red with an ochre border.

Aroma: Red fruit compote with hints of vanilla and spices.

Taste: Ripe and toasted notes. Elegant with a smooth entrance in the mouth with long lasting tannins.
