The Royal Brackla Single Malt Scotch Whisky, which was re-released at the end of 2020 with a new look and a full range of sherry casks, is now available for the majority of sherry cask whisky lovers. Two special limited edition outstanding barrel-aged new works: 15-year-old Fino sherry barrel-matured and 15-year-old Amontillado sherry barrel-matured.

In the world of whisky, Oloroso Sherry is well known and easily mistaken as the most representative Sherry in Spain. However, in the world of Sherry, Fino Sherry is the most popular Sherry in Spain. Fino Sherry is a national wine. It is made from Palomino grapes and is covered with a layer of yeast hops (Flor) to prevent the wine from coming into contact with air for biological maturation. Fino Sherry is made from the first freshly squeezed grape juice, so after fermentation and maturation, it still retains a little fresh grape fragrance. The non-sweet taste after being chilled allows drinkers to feel the sweetness of Fino Sherry. Unique grape freshness.

Stephanie, the chief bartender, skillfully injects high-year original wine into high-quality Fino sherry barrels for barrel aging until the flavor reaches its peak before bottling it, combining the unique yeast of Fino sherry with fresh wine. The aroma of grapes blends into the summer fruit and white flower notes of Royal Berkeley, while the almond and herbal flavors brought by maturation in Fino sherry barrels extend this flavor beautifully like an endless summer.
