The Single Malts of Scotland range celebrates each distillery’s distinct fingerprint. Each bottling is chosen to show how their whiskies can develop through maturation, rounding out some flavours and enhancing others. The whiskies it choose to bottle are classic in nature, without chill-filtration or colouring, and are bottled at a strength that shows them at their very best. The aim is to find and share drams that will create lasting memories through flavour.

Tasting Notes :

Nose :

Rich and clean with plums, raisin cake, and toffee apples, layered with orange, cherry, and Jaffa cake sweetness. Hints of heather honey, caramelized nuts, ginger, and herbal tea, with subtle smoke, liquorice, and dark chocolate.

Palate :

Medium to full-bodied, slightly smokier, showing toasted walnuts, dark chocolate, coffee, and blackberries. Gentle spice (clove, cardamom, cinnamon) meets earthy, minty notes, charred oak, and a touch of honeysuckle.

Finish :

Long and warming with cinnamon bark, black tea, cocoa, and tobacco, plus lingering coffee, spice, and soft smoke.
