About Thennce

Thence means "from here". Starting from here and making small batches, we regard it as an exercise in contemplating the local possibilities again. Thence uses locally harvested honey and seasonal plants, uses multi-filtered neutral wine to extract its spiritual flavor, and retains the silhouette of our city's sunshine and soil in the light honey.

After the autumnal equinox, the grapes are ripe again. Kyoho grapes are a variant of the wine grape Vitis vinifera. Thence 15 uses Kyoho grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan.
