「寫樂」系列清酒按不同月份出產，也充分配合了季節的特色。
用鐵質含量極少的井戶水，有效發揮酒米的風味。新榨後一次火入便直接冷藏，保持了酒的獨特香味。

兵庫縣特 A 地區「東条山田錦」，屬頂級山田錦產區之一，著重細膩口感與優雅香氣。是季節限定純米吟釀，酒質柔和纖細、花果香清爽、非常適合佐餐。

​香氣帶有清新的花香與蘋果、白桃等果實系吟釀香，香氣乾淨淡雅。入口柔和圓潤，甘酸平衡，酒體中等偏輕，酸度細緻，收尾乾淨俐落，給人口感纖細、高雅的印象。
